Damaged Items

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. To investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, and shipping address. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.

 

Missing Packages

If you don’t receive your items and they have been stated as delivered via tracking information, an investigation must be set up through your shipping courier. We are not liable for packages that have been stated as delivered.
